Customer Satisfaction Rises Again, According to ACSI

Nielsen Online has revealed the staggering share of time accounted for by the ten most heavily used Web brands in the UK. This share is increasing. In April 2009, the ten Web brands on which Britons spent the most time accounted for 45% of all UK Internet time, compared to less than 42% in April 2008.

Google Closing in on 73% of US Searches in April 2009, According to Hitwise
